IT Systems Administrator; Operations Support

Job Summary
Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools like Intune while maintaining Windows operating systems and security policies. Configure network infrastructure including Fortinet firewalls and Ubiquiti switches, and support server infrastructure, cloud services, and virtualization. Resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for office, warehouse, and manufacturing users while documenting work in the IT service management system. Maintain IT asset inventory and participate in infrastructure upgrades and technology modernization projects. This role requires flexibility to travel up to 10% during peak times and supports operations across manufacturing and distribution environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or a related IT role
- Experience having supported manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or industrial environments
- Strong working knowledge of: Microsoft 365 Administration, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, Microsoft Intune, and PowerShell
- Experience administering Fortinet Firewalls, Ubiquiti Networking, Action1, SentinelOne, Halo ITSM, PRTG Network Monitor, RingCentral, Portnox NAC
- Experience supporting enterprise networking including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, wireless networking, and firewall technologies
- Experience administering endpoint management and security platforms
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple support requests while maintaining production system availability
- Flexibility to travel up to 10% during peak times
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Epicor Prophet 21 (P21), Stibo PIM, and BarTender
- Experience having participated in infrastructure migrations, acquisitions, and enterprise technology projects
- Experience supporting manufacturing automation environments
- CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, ITIL Foundation Certification
