Job Summary
IT Support & Cloud Technician (hybrid) responsible for desktop support (Windows 10/11, Mac), Office 365 administration, Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, and AWS cloud troubleshooting. Provides on-site and remote support, onboarding/offboarding, and collaborates with MSPs. Performs SaaS troubleshooting (IIS, SQL, data flows), monitors cloud service health, and assists with environment readiness. Requires 4+ years IT support experience, strong communication, and knowledge of networking fundamentals; role supports internal users in the UK and US plus external customers; remote work option available from Timisoara, Romania.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support or service desk
- Solid understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems and common desktop support tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Azure AD identities, Exchange Online, Teams)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or within a team
