Job Summary
IT Systems Administrator needed to join Mirazon's Project Consulting team in a hybrid Louisville, KY role. Implement, configure, and support client technology solutions across workstations, servers, Microsoft 365 environments, networking equipment, and virtualization platforms. MID-level IT professional capable of independently executing technology projects for small to midsize businesses while providing exceptional client service. Responsibilities include deploying/desktops/laptops, configuring Microsoft 365 environments, Windows Server, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), network infrastructure, Active Directory and Group Policy, Exchange Online/Entra ID/SharePoint/Teams administration, backups and DR, documentation, and post-implementation support. Collaboration with Systems Engineers, client-facing project deliveries, and ongoing process improvements are expected. Certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA Networking/Security, or VMware are preferred; MSP/VAR experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience supporting and implementing business technology solutions
- Experience administering Windows Server environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and migrations
- Experience supporting Active Directory and Microsoft networking services
- Experience deploying and troubleshooting desktop and laptop systems
- Working knowledge of virtualization technologies
- Experience with networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switching, and wireless networking
