Job Summary
Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, applications, operating systems, and connectivity across a fast-paced, multi-site manufacturing environment. Design, deploy, and maintain technical solutions with emphasis on technology, documentation, and training. Monitor, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues; perform server upgrades to ensure security, availability, and functionality of critical services. Implement data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures, including regular backups. Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, coordinating with IT personnel across sites and with external providers. This role requires occasional evening/weekend support and up to 10% travel; 100% on-site with Denver area locations.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of IT systems administration experience in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft technologies including Windows 10/11, Windows Server (2012R2–2022), Active Directory, Microsoft 365 & Entra ID, Azure, and PowerShell
- Experience supporting CAD/Engineering software such as SolidWorks, Catia, NX, and MATLAB
- Solid networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with virtualization and cloud platforms (VMware, AWS, Azure)
- Exposure to scripting/programming or query languages (Python, Bash, C#, JavaScript, SQL, KQL)
- Familiarity with Linux and MacOS environments
- Experience supporting critical enterprise software (ERP or MES) is a plus
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Fluency in written and spoken English
