Job Summary
Perform daily system administration tasks on Windows and Linux servers, including user account management, patching, and applying Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, provide Tier 1/2 user support for technical issues, and monitor security logs to respond to alerts and assist with incident response. Ensure systems are backed up and disaster recovery plans are tested while maintaining Top Secret clearance and COMSEC compliance. This role supports daily operations for Chickasaw Nation Industries' federal and commercial subsidiaries, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance across enterprise information systems and infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to obtain, maintain and access classified information at the Top Secret level
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- Proven hands-on skills in network and system administration
- Proven hands-on skills in troubleshooting
- Proven hands-on skills in COMSEC
- Proven hands-on skills in customer support within a secure environment
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant IT experience in an enterprise environment
