Job Summary
Administer and maintain enterprise Windows server environments, managing Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Exchange across on-premises and cloud settings. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize servers, network connectivity, and enterprise applications while installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems and hardware. Respond to infrastructure issues to minimize downtime, assist with upgrades, and develop documentation and SOPs. Support IT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and collaborate with vendors and agency personnel to resolve technical challenges. Participate in after-hours and weekend support as needed. Must pass Level II background check.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum three years of enterprise systems administration experience
- Experience administering: Active Directory
- Experience administering: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Experience administering: Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises and/or Microsoft 365)
- Experience administering: Windows Server environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS LEVEL II BACKGROUND CHECK
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and use hands for extended periods
- Requires close visual attention when working with computer equipment
