IT SYSTEMS ADMIN/BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Summary
Provide first-line IT support for ATIT users by resolving incidents and service requests within SLA. Monitor applications, infrastructure, alerts, and ticket queues to ensure service availability while troubleshooting end-user computing, business applications, and manufacturing systems. Support environments including MES, shopfloor systems, and automation solutions, collaborating with global teams to investigate complex issues and deliver remote support across multiple sites. Contribute to knowledge management through documentation and best practice sharing while participating in 24x7 shift operations to maintain continuous IT service support.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Fluent in English
- Willing to work on rotational 24x7 shift schedules
Desired Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or less than 2 years experience
- Experience or exposure to IT support in a manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial environment
- Knowledge of MES, automation platforms, engineering applications, or tester systems
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, Linux, etc.)
- Other language skills
