Job Summary
Manage the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the entire hardware and software landscape. Serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries, independently resolving issues within 1st and 2nd-level support tiers. Administer user accounts, manage rights and role assignments, and oversee the IT-side onboarding of new employees. Document IT processes, create user guides, and maintain up-to-date system documentation. Work 20–25 hours per week in a flat hierarchy with direct decision-making authority.
Required Qualifications
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit erster Berufserfahrung
- Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und absolut selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- ein freundliches, serviceorientiertes Auftreten gegenüber den Kollegen
