Job Summary
Conduct independent system maintenance for the entire hardware and software landscape, including installation, configuration, and ongoing upkeep. Serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries by resolving issues through 1st and 2nd-level support. Manage user accounts, handle role and permission assignments, and guide new hires through the IT onboarding process. Document IT procedures, create user-friendly guides, and maintain up-to-date system documentation. Work part-time (20–25 hours) within a flat hierarchy at BA Logistics GmbH, where you actively contribute to projects and have input on your own approaches.
Required Qualifications
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit erster Berufserfahrung
- Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und absolut selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- ein freundliches, serviceorientiertes Auftreten gegenüber den Kollegen
