Job Summary
Maintain IT infrastructure by administering servers, networks, and client systems while monitoring for potential disruptions before they become problems. Support end users by analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving technical requests through the ticketing system. Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions, and ensure reliable operation of printing solutions and telephony systems. Coordinate external IT service providers and manage hardware and software procurement alongside the purchasing team. Document IT processes structurally and actively contribute to internal and external audits. Develop personal technical focus areas and lead specific projects within the IT team.
Required Qualifications
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d), oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Administration, im IT-Support oder Helpdesk
- Erfahrung mit Telefonanlagen und Druckservices
- Grundkenntnisse in Softwareverteilung, Patchmanagement, Group Policy und Monitoring
