Job Summary
Answer customer inquiries, analyze their needs, and develop solutions with technical experts while viewing processes and business ideas from the customer's perspective. Provide technical and professional consulting to realize digital products, create concepts for customer requirements, and work within agile teams using relevant software and hardware tools. Manage IT infrastructure for networks, servers, clients, and printers through consulting, implementation, hosting, and support services. This role involves collaborating in a young team to design sustainable IT solutions for diverse clients, requiring a background in IT and over two years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich IT (Fachinformatiker / Informatikstudium o.Ä.)
- über 2 Jahre Berufserfahrungen im Bereich IT
- Umgang mit Microsoft Windows
