Job Summary
Conduct IT system administration for regional clients, handling installation, support, and troubleshooting of heterogeneous IT landscapes including Windows infrastructure, networks, and backup solutions. Perform telephone user support for hardware and software issues, create technical documentation for IT infrastructure and network plans, and develop independent solutions for new network setups. Manage high-availability systems and server licensing while ensuring rapid customer service implementation. Work full-time with flexibility for mobile days, offering a stable position within a diverse team focused on innovative network and data cabling projects.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder einschlägige Erfahrung
- Solides Verständnis von IT-Prozessen
- Erfahrungen mit Administration und Wartung einer modernen Windows-Infrastrukturen (Active Directory, GPOs und Server-Diensten)
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Switches, Router & Firewalls)
- Erfahrungen in den Bereichen: Mailserver, Backuplösungen, Antivirenlösungen und Virtualisierung
- teamfähig, genau, motiviert, organisiert, kundenorientiert & technisch versiert
- Führerschein Klasse B
