IT-Systemadministrator / IT-Techniker (m/w/d) für den 2nd Level Support

Accept complex service requests from the 1st Level Support, perform fault diagnosis, and implement sustainable solutions for server, network, and client environments. Execute remote and on-site support for customers while installing, configuring, and administering Microsoft Server and Client systems. Manage and evolve virtualization environments such as Hyper-V and VMware, and collaborate on IT security, network, and system integration projects. Create internal documentation and knowledge articles, working closely with the 1st Level Support, project team, and external vendors. Requires multiple years of IT support or system administration experience, strong Windows and networking skills, and a Class B driver's license. Based in Idar-Oberstein with a competitive package including company car and flexible working arrangements.
