Job Summary
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure for over 1000 systems across Norddeutschland, including telephone support for end users and administration of PCs, servers, and printers. Implement, migrate, and support individual customer solutions within the data center, focusing on Microsoft technologies such as O365, client/server systems, and Exchange Server. Perform technical planning of IT infrastructures and handle DATEV updates and troubleshooting. Work full-time in a flat hierarchy environment with opportunities for continuous development through project work and training.
Required Qualifications
- eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld oder ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik
- mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Systemintegration
- gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows-Betriebssystemen (Client-und Server) und Office-Anwendungen (inkl. 365) sowie Exchange Server
- Grundkenntnisse im Netzwerkbereich
- gute Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- proaktiven Ansatz für die Identifizierung potenzieller Probleme
- Deutsch fließend
- keine Angst vor English
