Job Summary
IT System Support Analyst for the Liquids Trading scrum team to support and enhance the Solarc Right Angle (SRA) ETRM system through configuration, automation, and integration. Responsibilities include troubleshooting production issues, gathering business requirements, mapping to SRA solutions, configuring software to meet needs, developing low-code solutions, providing security/CI support, and deploying solutions to production; work with developers and AI solutions to augment existing SRA capabilities; operate within IT standards and cross-functional teams across continents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Business, Finance and Accounting
- Solid years of application operations support and/or project implementation experience in SRA
- Experience in code development and other programming language a plus; Java preferred
- Good foundation in ITSM and Agile processes & tools; ITIL certified a plus
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent customer focus and superior results-orientation
- Experience in global team collaboration, in a multi-cultural environment
- Experience in working with and deploying AI solutions a big plus
Additional Requirements
- Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters.
