Job Summary
Support end users to troubleshoot PC and networking issues, maximize performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages, and schedule maintenance upgrades across on-premise and cloud servers. Design and install network infrastructure including on-premises systems and cloud networking solutions, while administering Microsoft 365 licenses for over 100 team members. Manage day-to-day operation of backup and recovery systems to minimize downtime, secure the network by enforcing access policies, and establish system configurations. Collaborate with HR to train new hires on corporate MIS policies and create a centralized knowledgebase to support business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, cyber security, or related fields.
- At least 5+ years of experience in a technical engineering role, such as software development, network engineering, technical operations or similar
- Experience in Technology infrastructure, including Network, Monitoring, Systems, Databases, etc.
