Job Summary
Deliver advanced support for escalated technical issues in cloud and on-premises systems while managing service tickets to ensure SLA compliance. Monitor performance, availability, and capacity of critical systems, then support and implement data backup, redundancy, and disaster recovery plans. Maintain documentation, communicate scheduled maintenance updates, and recommend system enhancements to improve security and efficiency. Participate in on-call rotation, including occasional after-hours or weekend work, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards such as GLBA, NIST, CIS, FFIEC, and PCI. This role offers hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, VMware, and enterprise storage within a team-focused culture committed to innovation and service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- US resident
- 2–4 years of experience supporting cloud and on-prem solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID
- Experience with Azure AD Connect
- Experience with Intune
- Experience with Access Control
- Experience with Office 365
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with VMware
- Experience with Azure Virtual Machines
- Experience with Windows Server (2012–2025)
- Experience with HPE & Dell enterprise storage
- Experience with Barracuda Web Filter & Backup
- Experience with MS Authenticator
- Experience with Duo MFA
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Experience with ConnectWise Automate
- Experience with RMM tools
- Comfort with some of these tools
