Job Summary
Administer and support Automic (UC4) environments by configuring workflows, schedules, and dependencies while managing the Automation Engine, Agents, and Service Manager. Perform installation and configuration on Windows and Linux systems, troubleshoot job failures, and manage user roles and security. Deliver and maintain enterprise scheduling and automation capabilities for SAP jobs, Informatica workflows, and file-based integrations to ensure high availability and reliability. Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate automation requirements into scalable solutions and drive continuous improvement of enterprise processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years directly related work experience
- In lieu of formal education, 15+ years related experience
- Hands on experience with Automic (UC4) platform
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux scripting
- Experience with SAP job scheduling and Informatica workflows
- Expertise with Automic RAFTP, SFTP, PGP encryption, and file interfaces
- Oracle SQL for troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Experience with LDAP, SSO, and web-based interfaces (AWI, Jetty)
