IT System Administrator

Administer and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, while monitoring performance and troubleshooting connectivity issues. Manage server infrastructure for file, email, and domain controllers, performing routine maintenance, updates, and backups to ensure data integrity. Provide technical support to students, teachers, and staff for hardware and software problems, assist with user account management, and install educational software applications. Conduct security audits, manage hardware inventory, coordinate vendor repairs, and maintain system documentation. Create IT policies and collaborate with staff to integrate technology into the curriculum. Full-time role reporting to a Principal or Manager IT; Bachelor's degree in IT preferred with Microsoft certification a plus.
