Job Summary
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users regarding hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and networks. Create and maintain documentation for support requests and technical guides. Assist with implementing and managing security protocols and procedures. Collaborate with other IT teams to optimize IT services and ensure smooth operations. Requires experience in IT support, Windows knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and fluent German communication. Full-time on-site role with a collegial team environment.
Required Qualifications
