Job Summary
Provide first-line IT support across all studio locations, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently. Support key third-party platforms including Momence, Accuro, and MTS, while administering core business systems such as Microsoft 365, Asana, Zoho One, and WordPress. Manage domain configuration, DNS, web hosting, and basic website maintenance. Maintain IT documentation, deliver user training, and identify system inefficiencies to support continuous improvement. Assist in evaluating new tools, coordinating with vendors for procurement, and managing inventory. Requires hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and a background supporting franchise partners.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working with Microsoft 365 in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with modern IT systems and platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, CRM, Wordpress)
- Strong problem-solver with a practical and structured approach
- Service-oriented, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Clear, confident communicator, able to simplify complex concepts
- Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Adaptable and resilient, comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment
