Job Summary
Provide first-line support to users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring network components, and managing IP phones and video conferencing systems. Install and terminate Cat 5/6 cabling, upgrade system components, and maintain security through antivirus updates and patch management across all organizational devices. Monitor internal reporting tools to identify vulnerabilities, maintain hardware inventory, and develop IT documentation while building cross-departmental relationships. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel locally and perform frequent job site visits in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate Degree in Computer Science, or similar relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance

- Ability to constantly use fingers and hands when dialing/answering the telephone and operating a computer or other office machinery, such as a copy machine, scanner, and computer printer
- Ability to walk short distances on slippery, even, and/or uneven surfaces
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, turn, or crawl
- Must be able to relocate, if necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications are a plus but not required ex. CompTIA A+
