Job Summary
IT Support Technician I serves as the first point of contact for technology-related inquiries from students, staff, and families. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, maintaining accurate helpdesk documentation, assisting with inventory life-cycle management, supporting technology initiatives, and ensuring timely resolution of problems. The role requires travel throughout the district, may involve setting up and taking down audiovisual equipment, and may require work outside regular hours. Terms include 260 days per year, 8 hours per day, with salary determined annually by the Board of Directors.
