Job Summary
Monitor system and backup health across multiple client sites, generate reports for staff and security leaders, and check logs to triage critical technical issues. Provide support for desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device deployment, repair, and replacement, while checking status of Managed Security client environments using monitoring tools. Perform desktop setup, equipment moving, and basic troubleshooting for internal staff. Requires basic server and network understanding, Windows OS support, and Microsoft Office 365 familiarity. Valid driver's license and vehicle required.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of server and network environments
- Ability to support Windows operating systems
- Ability to support Microsoft Office Applications including Office 365
- Basic technical training (CompTIA or Equivalent)
- Basic computer troubleshooting experience
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to provide a great customer service experience in person and on phone
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Valid drivers license and vehicle
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to support Microsoft Office Applications including Office 365 – an asset
- Familiarity with backup solutions, Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware - an asset
- Basic technical training (CompTIA or Equivalent) – an asset
- Willingness to learn and develop skills
