Job Summary
Provide timely technical support for on-site and remote end users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems including PC/laptop hardware, printers, network equipment, video surveillance, and voice/phone systems. Support warehouse technologies such as RF scanners, barcode scanners, and wireless access points while performing basic network support like switch patching and cabling validation. Conduct IT onboarding for new hires, manage Microsoft 356 and Azure AD accounts, and deploy desktop images. Coordinate with third-party vendors for repairs and provide remote hands support for corporate IT. Safely lift moderately heavy equipment and occasionally offer off-hours or emergency support when required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Business, or similar field
- 2+ years of Level1/Level2 IT Support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating system and PC hardware
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, switching, wireless)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite and friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others
- Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
- Must be available for occasional off-hours or emergency support when required
- Must be able to safely lift and move moderately heavy equipment such as computers and printers
- Must be available for weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution facility environment
- Experience supporting printers, mobile devices, RF scanners and other warehouse IT related hardware and software
- Working knowledge of Android and Apple operating systems
- Basic understanding of structured cabling infrastructure (copper and fiber)
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams
