Job Summary
IT Support Technician responsible for help desk support, IT infrastructure management, onboarding training, and cybersecurity/compliance initiatives across the company. Primary duties include resolving technical issues, documenting procedures, managing Microsoft Global Admin for 365/Azure, overseeing on-site NAS and network operations, implementing cybersecurity measures, developing IT policies, and maintaining CMMC compliance. Travel to trade shows, training events, gear testing, and customer/military locations may be required. Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time, on-site position
- 5+ years general IT support experience
- Experience managing Microsoft Global Admin for Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and Azure accounts
- Experience managing and maintaining on-site NAS systems
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing cybersecurity protocols
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting and tracking information
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new software and technologies
- Efficient problem-solving and decision-making skills
- May be required to travel for trade shows, training events, gear testing, customer locations, military installations, demonstration sites, and industry or company events
- May be required to work overtime and/or extended hours depending on business needs
- Physical requirements may include sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and kneeling for up to and including 8 hours
- Vision to view printed and electronic text and graphics
- Ability to access information on computers, tablets, and electronics
- Ability to handle and manipulate items with hands and/or fingers up to and including 8 hours
