Job Summary

IT Support Technician (Tier 1) based at the Bethlehem, PA warehouse is a full-time, in-office role with a Saturday–Tuesday four 10-hour shift schedule. You will respond to help desk requests via tickets, email, chat, and phone; escalate complex issues to the Senior IT team; set up and remove user accounts in line with IT policies; provide technical assistance using remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer); enforce security and access controls; troubleshoot networking hardware and internet connectivity; diagnose and document resolutions for hardware and software issues; ensure SLA adherence; and perform desktop and helpdesk support for workstations and related equipment. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 0-2 years in Help Desk support, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and MacOS, experience with remote desktop tools (RDP/TeamViewer), Google Workspaces user management, basic networking principles, and familiarity with IT security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery practices. IT certifications (A+, Sec+, Net+, MCSA) are preferred but not required. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of Help Desk support experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, and MacOS operating systems
  • Experience with remote desktop support tools such as RDP or TeamViewer
  • Experience managing user accounts in Google Workspaces
  • Basic understanding of network principles
  • Ability to follow IT operations best practices (security, storage, data protection, disaster recovery)
  • IT industry certifications - preferred, but not required (A+, Sec+, Net+, MCSA)
