Job Summary
IT Support Technician responsible for first- and second-line IT support, assisting the IT service desk, and traveling across the UK to Mabey Hire depots. Responsibilities include supporting end users via helpdesk tools and telephone, configuring and implementing hardware and software, liaising with third-party software/hardware support, contributing to solutions and procedures documentation, building and repairing laptops, and administering the mobile phone suite. Requires experience in both 1st and 2nd line support, stakeholder management, independence, and travel across the UK.
Required Qualifications

- Prior experience of working on both 1st and 2nd line support
- Stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel across the UK
- Able to travel independently
