IT Support Technician (m/w/d)

Job Summary
IT Support Technician to install, repair, and maintain IT equipment and environmental services on-site; provide Level 1 & 2 support to end-users. Key duties include cabling and patching, device installation (PCs, laptops, printers), error finding and troubleshooting, PC and laptop staging with CMDB updates, comprehensive documentation of ports/patching, proactive monitoring of on-site issues, IT management and user support, ServiceNow ticketing workflow, and onboarding users to equipment and plant processes. Requires 3+ years of experience, strong cabling knowledge (copper and fiber), Dutch language proficiency, and experience with ServiceNow, O365, and SAP support. Manufacturing/industrial plant experience is a big plus. All positions are open to women and men and people with disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Troubleshooting and fault detection skills
- Cabling knowledge (copper and fiber)
- PC and laptop staging experience with CMDB updates
- Hardware support experience with printers, scanners, Teams telephony, and network connectivity
- Dutch language proficiency
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
- Knowledge of O365 & SAP support
