Job Summary
IT Support Technician for Goyard in Paris, providing user support in office and boutique environments for IT equipment and applications. Resolve incidents, support business applications (Cegid Y2), manage IT devices (cash registers, PDAs, Zebra printers, printers), participate in projects (tool deployments), assist with counter openings (technical, network), administer user accounts (Exchange, Active Directory, O365, Intune), manage equipment and supplier renewals, and write guides/train users. Travel to different sites about two weeks per quarter.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years IT experience
- Windows environments
- knowledge of MDM solution (ideally)
- networking (TCP/IP)
- knowledge of Cegid or CBR Retail a plus
- English fluency
