Job Summary
Provide troubleshooting support to Superheat employees, evaluate and install computer hardware, software, and operating systems, and implement data, software, and hardware security procedures. Perform data backups and recovery operations, set up local area networks and internet connections, and evaluate and optimize performance of computers and network systems. Collaborate with teams in testing, application, and training of personnel, produce documentation that assist others in troubleshooting, and create procedures and policies based on Superheat FGH requirements. Act as liaison between departments to assist in resolution and make recommendations for changes to senior management. Work varying shifts and an on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Office 365, and Azure.
- At least 1 year of experience providing computer network support
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Able to work varying shifts and an on-call rotation
