Job Summary

Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues. Leverage SCCM for software deployment and management, assist with network administration for optimal performance and security, configure and troubleshoot VPN connections for remote user access, and analyze system performance to recommend improvements. Manage user accounts and permissions through GPO, document support requests and resolutions in ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems, and communicate effectively with end-users to resolve issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technologies and industry trends to enhance support capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous IT support experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in computer networking concepts
  • Experience with Meraki devices for network management is a plus
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
