Itechra seeks a hands-on IT Support Technician to provide desktop support for a local K–12 school and other clients, primarily involving hardware and software troubleshooting. This role requires 1–2 years of IT experience and offers opportunities for training and advancement.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of IT support or help desk experience
- Familiarity with Windows, Chrome OS, and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Customer-focused and eager to learn
- Able to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in K–12 school environments
- Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP)
