Job Summary
IT Support Technician responsible for providing end-user IT support across enterprise systems. Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding users in Microsoft cloud services, independently troubleshooting hardware, software, and Telco issues, monitoring antivirus status, documenting IT procedures, assisting staff via in-person and phone support, setting up and installing personal computers, and traveling to remote sites as necessary while coordinating with third-party vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Two year certificate from college or technical school; or 5 years IT desktop support field or 3 years’ experience in the Healthcare or Education related IT field.
