IT Support Technician

Respond to and resolve IT support tickets via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Diagnose hardware and software issues for end users, including desktops, laptops, and network devices. Perform routine maintenance, password resets, and software installations. Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents and solutions. Work a standard 40-hour week with on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Full-time employment with benefits.
