Job Summary
IT Support Technician for Gregory Industries with duties across multi-site IT support: act as frontline end-user IT support across locations; troubleshoot issues related to workstations, printers, cloud and business applications; document issues, resolutions, and procedures; collaborate with IT Manager to prioritize requests; reinforce cybersecurity best practices (credentials, phishing awareness, data access); escalate complex infrastructure issues to Systems Administration; provide onsite support across office and manufacturing environments; assist with IT projects including system upgrades and infrastructure improvements. Requires 2-3 years of experience supporting users, proficiency with Microsoft endpoints, Microsoft 365, basic networking, printers, and common business apps; strong troubleshooting and communication skills; willingness to travel between local facilities for onsite support; on-call rotation after hours. Based at headquarters with travel to manufacturing facilities; onsite role (remote work not available). Required Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of experience supporting users in a business environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft endpoints, Microsoft 365, basic networking, printers, and common business applications
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong service mindset
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Experience with networking, ERP systems, scripting, and automation are all a plus
