Job Summary
Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity challenges to keep colleagues productive and focused on business results. Proactively identify and diagnose technical issues to reduce downtime and improve service performance across the organization. Deploy, configure, and maintain technology solutions supporting seamless onboarding, collaboration, and day-to-day operations. Manage accurate asset practices to support compliance, lifecycle planning, and informed technology investment decisions. Leverage technical insights to optimize support processes and elevate service quality within a scalable IT environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience providing end-user technical support in a corporate environment
- Strong expertise in Windows and Mac operating systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Experience administering Active Directory and managing user access to support secure and efficient business operations
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud services, Google Workspace, and enterprise productivity tools, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong analytical, communication, and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to work independently, manage competing demands, and deliver effective solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting technology environments within a multinational financial institution or similarly regulated industry
- Exposure to international teams and the flexibility to support occasional travel and business needs outside standard office hours
- A continuous improvement mindset with a track record of identifying opportunities to enhance user experience, service delivery, or operational efficiency
