Job Summary
IT Support Technician to join the Help Desk team, supporting front-line users and working within an 11-person IT department. Primary responsibilities include real-time Help Desk support via phone and ticketing system, diagnosing hardware and software problems, documenting and tracking requests, and installing/configuring computers, telephones, peripherals, and network resources. The role involves configuring network printing, directories, security, and file-server software, establishing user environments, and repairing/upgrading network hardware and software. Candidate should possess strong problem-solving and customer-service skills, with experience across Windows and Android systems and familiarity with Google enterprise environments. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Salary range: $60,000–$65,000 USD annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to troubleshoot/triage Windows and Android; Google enterprise a plus
- Must be proficient in English and possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
