Job Summary
Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, mobile devices, and network connectivity issues. Support Microsoft 365 applications, user identities in hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments, and troubleshoot access-related problems. Deploy, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and peripherals using Microsoft Intune while installing and documenting structured cabling. Manage enterprise wireless infrastructure, including access points and point-to-point systems, and support DNS, DHCP, and VLAN operations. Document service requests in Zendesk and maintain accurate asset records. Deliver responsive IT support across multiple locations and time zones, including remote operational sites.
Required Qualifications
- A diploma in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Network Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on IT support experience.
- A valid driver's licence.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
- Experience configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting network infrastructure.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer-service, communication, and time-management skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing operational requirements.
- The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks that may include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
Desired Qualifications
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification.
- Microsoft MD-102 or AZ-104 certification.
- Experience with Aruba, Sophos, PowerShell, Veeam, Synology, or TrueNAS.
- Experience working in aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or a maintenance, repair, and overhaul environment.
