Job Summary
Provide responsive IT support to end users across multiple locations, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues; install, configure, and maintain end-user devices and business applications; manage user accounts and access permissions (Microsoft 365, Active Directory); document tickets and communicate troubleshooting steps; assist with onboarding/offboarding and equipment provisioning; offer on-site and remote support for multiple offices; develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles; collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to resolve application and infrastructure issues; willingness to travel to off-site locations as needed; strong problem-solving and customer-service skills; background in Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking; certifications like CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Fundamentals are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT help desk or technical support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory
- Ability to travel to off-site locations as needed
- Experience with Microsoft Intune is a plus
- Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified Fundamentals)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
