Job Summary
IT Help Desk Technician specializing in Apple/macOS on-site support in Las Vegas.Responsibilities include troubleshooting macOS, Apple hardware, and end-user software issues; managing Apple devices (MacBooks, iMacs, peripherals) and provisioning lifecycles; deploying and configuring devices; leveraging Apple management platforms (Jamf, Intune, Kandji or similar) for enterprise endpoints; handling ticketing system tasks, onboarding/offboarding, and documenting resolutions. Requires hands-on, independent problem-solving in a corporate environment, strong communication, and teamwork. Also supports Windows in a mixed environment and escalates to engineering when needed. Relevant certifications (ACSP, Jamf, Microsoft, Network+, Security+, ITIL) are a plus; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation urged for on-site work.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years hands-on experience supporting macOS and Apple hardware in an enterprise environment
- Strong experience supporting MacBooks, iMacs, and Apple peripherals
- Experience with Apple device management platforms such as Jamf, Jamf Pro, Intune, Kandji, or similar MDM solutions
- Experience supporting users in a mixed macOS and Windows environment
- Experience using a help desk ticketing system
- Familiarity with identity and access management platforms, Active Directory, or similar directory services is a plus
- Apple certifications (ACSP or equivalent) are a plus
- Additional certifications such as Jamf, Microsoft, Network+, Security+, or ITIL are a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site work
