Job Summary
IT Support Technician handling inbound help desk tickets, troubleshooting end-user issues, documenting updates, and working with customers by phone and email. Collaborates with Technical Account Managers and team members to resolve issues in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment from the Waukee campus. 1–2 years of related experience preferred; IT degree, certification, internship, or hands-on technical experience encouraged.
