Job Summary
IT Support Technician responsible for on-site and remote IT support across Trulieve locations nationwide, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; administering Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and related applications; managing user accounts and security; documenting resolutions and processes; supporting IT projects such as upgrades, deployments, and migrations; ensuring IT policies and security standards; providing 24/7 support as needed; travel up to 35% nationwide; includes Retail & Store Support (POS, printers, network) and New Store/Remodel IT deployments.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years IT support experience
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
