Job Summary
Proactively work with customers to troubleshoot technical issues across Windows, Mac, iOS, and O365 environments, including Azure, SharePoint, and Teams. Configure computer hardware, software, and network settings while adhering to internet security and data privacy principles. Partner with Infrastructure teams to resolve end-point device and peripheral problems, translating complex technical content for non-technical users. Maintain basic knowledge of multiple operating systems and apply diagnostic skills to restore productivity. This role is onsite in Indianapolis with occasional travel within a 10-mile radius, requiring full-time, five-day workweeks. The Workforce Productivity Services team seeks candidates with two-plus years of experience and a Microsoft Certified IT Professional certification as an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience
- Working knowledge in the set-up, configuration, and use of computer hardware, software, and network including internet security and data privacy principles
- Diagnostic and problem-solving skills with focus on end point devices, peripherals, and advanced knowledge of all O365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Azure, SharePoint, Teams etc.)
- Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills
- ability to partner with other Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot technical issues
- must be able to translate technical content for non-technical customers
- Basic understanding of multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac, iOS)
- Onsite position
- occasional travel to Lilly other sites within Indianapolis which is in a 10 mile radius
- 100% onsite 5 days a week
