Job Summary
Provide day-to-day IT support for employees across hardware, software, mobile devices, and collaboration platforms at the Calgary Head Office and Edmonton office. Administer Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Entra ID, and Intune while assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and device deployment. Troubleshoot business-critical systems such as FL3XX and SMS Pro, and contribute to cybersecurity initiatives, endpoint management, and access controls. Coordinate IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation rollouts while maintaining asset inventories and software licensing records. Monitor service requests and incidents to deliver high-level customer service, collaborating with departments to enhance the employee technology experience. Occasional after-hours support may be required for critical operational issues.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems support, or a similar technology role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, Entra ID, and Intune
- Experience troubleshooting user, device, network, and application issues
- A customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Microsoft, CompTIA, networking, cybersecurity, ITIL, or other relevant certifications
- Periodic travel to our Edmonton office
- Flexibility to provide after-hours support when necessary

- Equivalent practical experience may be considered
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
