Job Summary
Coordinate ERP implementation, support, testing, training, and user adoption across departments. Provide first-level ERP troubleshooting and manage IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, servers, and software applications. Administer LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security while installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV cameras and surveillance infrastructure. Offer technical support for hardware, software, email, and network issues, and manage data backup, recovery, antivirus, and access controls. Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, SOPs, and performance reports while coordinating with ERP vendors, hardware suppliers, and service providers. Requires 3+ years of experience in ERP support or IT administration within a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP support, ERP implementation, or IT Administration
- Hands-on experience with CCTV installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle ERP, Odoo, ERPNext, or Tally Prime
- Strong understanding of Windows Administration, Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and cybersecurity
- Experience with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, and backup solutions
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills
