IT Support Supervisor

Deploy, maintain, and operate IT infrastructure across office locations while ensuring system availability, performance, security, and compliance with HQ standards. Oversee IT assets, infrastructure lifecycle, and coordinate external vendors for maintenance of systems, servers, networks, and telecommunications. Manage IT suppliers and service partners through performance monitoring, coordination, and negotiation. Ensure adherence to IT security and cybersecurity policies, acting as the local coordination point for related communications and escalations. Support IT project implementation and ensure operational readiness of new systems. Act as the local liaison with HQ Digital Workplace and Cybersecurity teams, as well as relevant external authorities. Supervise one IT Support Administrator and provide day-to-day coordination of local IT support activities.
