Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist, you will handle service and support requests in 1st and 2nd level support from IT colleagues and end users. You'll analyze technical issues within the Microsoft environment (Windows, M365, Teams) and provide appropriate solutions. You will contribute to the optimization of support processes and engage in knowledge management, as well as be involved in the introduction of new tools and technologies. Close collaboration with various IT departments is a key aspect of your daily responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in IT support or service desk
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies and modern workplace solutions
- Very good German and English language skills
- Willingness to take on on-call duty
