IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Install, configure, and maintain software applications, including ERP, CAD, and productivity tools. Manage and support client systems across multiple locations within a WAN environment. Monitor and maintain system security, responding to incidents and protecting sensitive data. Execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements aligned with business needs. Track and manage IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory and lifecycle management. Create and maintain system documentation, configurations, and standard procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve computing infrastructure and performance. Support deployment of applications, updates, and system configurations. Troubleshoot and support devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Identify recurring technical issues and implement long-term solutions. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and system reliability.
