Job Summary
IT Support Specialist responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees via helpdesk, handling procurement for endpoints/software, administering software and systems, ensuring SOC2/ISO27001 compliance, implementing security measures and network systems, developing backup/recovery procedures, managing licenses, and maintaining IT documentation. Requires 2+ years in IT administration, strong English communication, remote/travel flexibility with a global SaaS environment, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to support a fast-growing international team.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT administration or a similar role
- Fluent in English
- Experience working with regional and/or global teams
- Exposure and experience working in a tech start-up/scale-up or SaaS environment
- Remote troubleshooting
- Proficiency in endpoint, network and system administration
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
